Michael Boice
Senior Director, Champions Oncology
Michael Boice, PhD, is a preclinical oncology expert with 10+ years of experience in cancer biology and drug discovery, with a focus on hematological malignancies. He earned his doctorate from Weill Cornell Medical College and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where his research explored the molecular drivers of lymphoma and tumor suppression.
Michael has held senior roles across leading CRO's, spanning scientific engagement, business development, and new product strategy. He has also co-founded a biotechnology company, leading fundraising, licensing, and product development efforts.
Now a Senior Director at Champions Oncology, Michael brings a unique combination of scientific depth and commercial perspective, helping biotech and pharma partners design smarter studies and translate data into better development decisions.
Ramanpreet Kaur
Director, Champions Oncology
Ramanpreet Kaur, PhD, is Director of Business Development at Champions Oncology, where she partners with biopharma teams to execute translational oncology programs spanning preclinical drug development, biomarker-driven model selection, and therapeutic response studies. She works closely with clients to leverage Champions’ extensive patient-derived model platforms, including PDX and ex vivo systems, to support the evaluation of novel oncology therapeutics, with particular experience supporting ADC development programs.
Raman brings more than 10 years of experience in translational oncology and cancer biology. She earned her PhD in Pharmacology and Physiology from Drexel University, where her research focused on mechanisms of tumor progression and metastasis. Her combination of scientific expertise and experience translating drug-development objectives into tailored preclinical strategies enables her to work closely with oncology teams from early model selection through study design and execution.
