Cracking KRAS: Decoding Sensitivity and Resistance to Pan-RAS(ON) Inhibition Across Patient-Derived Tumour Models

Summary

KRAS mutations are among the most prevalent oncogenic drivers in solid tumours, yet predicting which patients will respond to targeted therapy, and understanding why resistance inevitably emerges, remains one of the central challenges in oncology drug development.

In this webinar, we present findings from a 50+ model KRAS-mutant PDX cohort spanning NSCLC, CRC and PDAC. Drawing on multi-omic characterisation and integrated genomic analysis, our expert speakers explore how KRAS allele type, co-driver mutations, and prior treatment history shape tumour response to pan-RAS(ON) inhibition.

  • intrinsic sensitivity patterns across indications<

  • differential gene expression signatures that distinguish responders from non-responders

  • longitudinal data capturing how acquired resistance develops under continuous treatment pressure.

Together, these findings illustrate how deeply annotated PDX platforms can define the molecular determinants of RAS inhibitor response and inform rational combination strategies.

This webinar is designed for preclinical and translational leaders in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries working in the KRAS space who want a grounded, data-driven perspective on where the field is heading and how patient-derived platforms are shaping drug development decisions.
