Summary
Champions Oncology offers 15* clinically relevant Prostate Cancer PDX models, derived from primary and metastatic tumors, many of which originated from patients pretreated with Standard of Care therapies. Thirteen models have been characterized through Next Generation Sequencing (WES and RNA-seq) and in vivo drug response testing, providing a robust and diverse dataset for evaluating biomarkers of response and non-response in prostate cancer drug development.
