THP-1 (Leukemia CDX Model) 

The THP-1 line was derived from a patient with acute monocytic leukemia. It is a suspension cell line with features of monocyte lineage. THP-1 is widely used in hematology drug development and biomarker studies. Its reproducibility supports translational leukemia pipelines.
