Description

RKO (Colorectal Cancer CDX Model) 

The RKO colorectal cancer line was derived from a colon carcinoma. It is microsatellite instability–high (MSI-H) due to mismatch repair deficiency. RKO provides a clinically relevant system for studying MSI-H colorectal cancers. Its reproducibility makes it a trusted colon cancer research tool.

Applications:
