In the Validated Human Complex Immunophenotyping Panel I, Champions can interrogate multiple cell subset populations, specifically lymphocytes and monocyte cell subsets in whole blood samples.
This panel includes 10 colors and includes a Live/Dead staining component standard, which allows for clean separation of these subsets without risking dead cell contamination.
This panel has been validated in Sodium Heparin & K2 EDTA tubes on the BD Symphony instrument for off-the-shelf use in clinical trial studies.
