Complex B Cell Immunophenotyping Panel

In Champions’ validated Complex B Cell Immunophenotyping Panel, B cells can be interrogated using human cryopreserved PBMCs.

This panel includes 10 colors and contains markers to target B Cells and evaluate their maturation state, based on IgD, CD38, and CD27. Specific subpopulations were also tracked based on the expression of multiple surface markers such, as CD19, CD20, CD21, CD24, and IgM based on CD19.

This panel also includes a live/dead staining component standard, which allows for clean separation of the subsets without risking dead cell contamination. This panel has been validated for off-the-shelf use in clinical trial studies.

This panel has been validated in Sepmate isolated from K2 EDTA tubes on the Cytek Northern Lights instrument for off-the-shelf use in clinical trial studies.
