New Features and Enhancements:

• WebGL Clustergrammer
  
  • Updated the Clustergrammer module from D3.js to WebGL. 
  • The visualization is now more responsive and can handle numerous genes simultaneously.
• Asynchronous Loading for Visualizations
  • Visualizations now show loading status while handling back-end data requests. 
  • Elimination of page time-out errors when loading large data sets.
• Updated Synergy Module
  • Users with the Synergy upgrade can now analyze both 96 and 384 well plates with the new redesigned plate layout editor.
  • Multiple analysis methods are now included as well.
• Client Data in Gene Networks
  • Client Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) data can be viewed in the gene network visualization.
• Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for All Users
  • Prior to 1.1, MFA was only required for Lumin subscriptions. All authentication now requires MFA.
• Improved Caching
  • Improved Redis caching for back-end data requests drastically reduces wait time for common requests.
• Differential Gene Expression (DGE) with client post-study data
  • It is now possible to perform DGE analysis with client post-study sequencing data.
• User Bug Reporting
  • Added the ability for users to report bugs within Lumin with Jira reporting.
• Tutorial Videos
  • Many visualizations now include on-page tutorial videos.
• Help Feature
  • Users can access documentation, tutorial videos, and bugs reported all through one button.
• Various Bug Fixes
  • Fixed several bugs including issues affecting loading client data, Clustergrammer mutation display.
