Day 1:  Driving Scientific Insights through Molecular Visualization

    • Performing gene set enrichment and differential gene expression analysis
    • Clustering tools for in depth molecular analyses
    • Create insights through molecular signatures: associations with tumor response, overall survival, synthetic lethality

Day 2:  Building Interactions to Integrate your Multi-omic Strategy

    • Analysis of drug synergy
    • Building protein networks and characterizing network activity in specific tumors
    • Molecular characterization tools


Showcase Presenter:



Michael Ritchie, PhD, MBA
Chief Commercial Officer

Dr. Mike Ritchie joined Champions Oncology in July of 2014 and oversees all aspects of commercial development, sales and marketing. Prior to joining Champions, he worked in the oncology research unit at Pfizer, managing therapeutic development programs in the antibody drug conjugate space and developing novel therapeutic antibody programs. Dr. Ritchie received an MBA from New York University, a doctorate in biochemistry from Temple University School of Medicine and served a postdoctoral fellowship in Neuroscience at Harvard Medical School.


Clare Killick-Cole, PhD
Business Development Manager
Dr. Clare Killick-Cole joined Champions Oncology in December of 2020 and is the business development representative for Oncology Software Solutions in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Champions, she worked as a preclinical lead for a medical device company focused on drug delivery to the brain. Dr Killick-Cole received a doctorate in molecular oncology from the University of Dundee, and subsequently joined the University of Bristol as a postdoctoral researcher investigating therapeutic strategies for brain tumors.
